• What is your fee structure?

  Our fee structure is a monthly retainer, along with a success fee. We believe in incentives and transparency, so we primarily work towards a success fee.

• What stage of businesses do you usually work with?

  Businesses that we work with are typically in their growth stage, who have been trading for at least five years along with a demonstrable track record of sales and margin. Typical EVs are £10m to £500m.

• Can you offer your services to individuals and sole traders?

  Whilst we can act as business consultants for sole traders advising on strategy and process improvement, we can only offer our corporate finance services to limited companies.

• Would your ideal client come from a specific sector?

  We are sector agnostic and have worked with businesses across different industries such as manufacturing and industries, financial services, retail, professional and business services.

• What service do you offer as a corporate financier?

  When you are looking to grow and scale your business, where necessary, we can help you partner with the right equity and debt investors to ensure your business receives the support it needs to achieve its goals.
